We begin our process by making a complete onsite assessment of the structure's current condition and position, and note all signs of distress. If possible, we will also survey the structure to identify deflection patterns. Next we consider factors that will affect the building's and pile system's future performance. Once all data is analyzed, a conceptual repair plan is recommended and a cost estimate is developed. If our proposal is acceptable, we will move forward with finalizing the design and contract price.

Power Lift has developed and patented numerous systems for installing driven steel piles to provide foundation support for residential and commercial structures. Our methodology focuses on jacking round steel tubing piles through the sub-grade until rock or a suitable bearing material is reached. In most instances, pile loads and sizes are analyzed, and a design is developed to provide adequate support capacity to carry the loads imposed. The pile's support capacity can either be developed from end-bearing friction, or a combination of both.
There are many advantages in choosing Power Lift’s underpinning systems for your underpinning projects. Routinely, our installation time is much faster than compared to conventional boring and cast-in-place concrete methods. Our technology doesn't require heavy equipment; therefore, project costs are commonly reduced since extensive site rehabilitation isn't required after pile installation. In most cases, our methods require very little excavation. Typically, a small hand dug hole about 2’x2’ is all that is needed to install a pile. This allows us to complete the project effectively and quickly.
