experiencing heave or settlement. Then we follow accepted structural engineering practices to develop a repair plan. Our repair methods utilize the most advanced technology available. For problems caused by foundation heave, a water removal system will be recommended. If the foundation is settling, we will use one of POWER LIFT'S patented systems for installing steel pilings to support the foundation. Sometimes a combination of methods will be required.

Power Lift utilizes the patented Power Lift and Century steel piling systems. Our methods of driving steel piles deep through the unstable soil, will permanently stabilize your foundation settlement. POWER LIFT'S piles offer driving and lifting capacities of up to 200,000 lbs. per pile. They are formed of sections of high strength carbon steel tubing that has been laboratory tested to confirm an estimated minimum service life of 60 years when installed in average soil conditions. Also, our patented high tech hydraulic systems raise the structure by lifting the area of repair simultaneously. Because of our synchronized lifting systems, POWER LIFT offers the maximum restoration possible from lifting. In most cases, our methods require very little excavation and time. A small hole about 2'x2' is all we need to install a pile. Most residential projects can be completed in 1 or 2 days. Best of all, POWER LIFT'S driven steel piles are backed by an industry leading warranty, and should the need to arise, they are also easily adjusted.
